Yes. We like for parents to consider their fees as 'rent' for a guaranteed space in the centre, and that the love care your child receives is a bonus.
Billing is done at the beginning of the month for the month and is due in full by the end of the first week. Bills are sent through our HiMama App and you have the option of paying with credit, pre-authorized debit, or e-transfer.
All of our staff have at least their Level 1 in Early Childhood Education. They all have emergency first aid and infant CPR (level C,) child abuse registry check, vulnerable sector check, and training in our own centre-specific behavior guidance policy.
No, we provide two snacks and a home cooked lunch daily. If your child has any food allergies or sensitivities, our cook will be happy to discuss menu alterations or substitutions.
Yes, you will have to fill out a permission to administer form and you will need to provide us the medicine in the original container.
Infants and toddlers are required to have a supply of diapers and wipes, as well as any creams that your child may need. At least one change of clothes, a sun hat and a water bottle. In the summer, it is good to have clothing or swimwear that dries easily, and a towel. In the winter, indoor footwear, boots, mitts, a hat and snow gear. Please do not bring toys form home.
We have two main methods of communication; through our HiMama app and our closed Facebook group page for parents and guardians. Our infant teachers will typically exchange cell phone numbers so that parents can have direct contact throughout the day.
